1. Complete your written submission form:
There are 11 categories to choose from. Each category has its own unique submission form which can be found underneath each award category description. 

Your written submission will be used by the judges to make their final decision. Please answer all questions to give your entry the best opportunity of success. There is a word count allocated to most sections within this application form. In the instance a word count is listed, all submissions which go in excess of 50 words beyond this word count will be automatically marked down by the judges. Should a judge need clarification, they will call your nominated ‘Submission Clarification Contact’ which you must list clearly in your registration form.

2. Decide what supporting documents you would like to share with the judges:
All written submissions are entitled to the attachment of three supporting documents. Please refer to your supporting documents where relevant throughout your written submission so as judges are clear on each supporting documents purpose. Each individual supporting document must not exceed 3MB. All supporting documents exceeding 3MB will not be valid or passed on to the judging panel. Your entire submission email must not exceed 10MB. Please place all supporting documents together within one zip file.

3. Email your completed submission form and supporting documents through to awards@customerserviceweek.ae no later than 5pm (GMT +3), September 13th 2012
Each submission successfully received prior to 5pm (GMT +3), September 13th 2012 will receive notification of their entry receipt success. If you do not receive this notification within 24 hours of sending your email please call Nitesh Devnani on +971 4 432 9370.

Finalist and Winner Announcements
All finalists will be notified no later than September 13th 2012. All winners will be announced at the 3rd Annual UAE Customer Service Week conference on conference day one at 1 October 2012. Organisations shortlisted will be notified and should attend the Forum.
