The customer’s needs will be different dependant on their desired outcome so while a generic understanding of customer satisfaction is a great foundation; a more developed awareness of how the goods and services on offer may be used by their customers is an even more important factor

Best Public Sector Customer Service Team

Open to the entire UAE public sector, this award will recognise the best and most forward thinking citizen service initiative during the period of 1st January 2010 to 1st August 2011. This initiatives sole purpose must directly relate to the improvement of citizen service and may involve the use of technology, a citizen service training program or any other form of innovation. Judges will look favourably towards proven citizen service performance and satisfaction increases with a direct correlation to this initiative. Each individual initiative must be entered separately.

Private Sector Awards

Best Public Sector Customer Service Team

Open to the entire UAE private sector, this award will recognise the best and most forward thinking customer service initiative during the period of of 1st January 2010 to 1st August 2011. This initiatives sole purpose must directly relate to the improvement of customer service and may involve the use of technology, a customer service training program or any other form of innovation. Judges will look favourably towards proven customer service performance and satisfaction increases with a direct correlation to this initiative. Each individual initiative must be entered separately.

Open to both Public & Private Sectors

Best Employee Engagement Program

Open to both private and public sector organisations across the UAE, this category will award an organisation or government department with recognition as having the most innovative and effective Employee Engagement Program. Judges will look favorably towards a program which demonstrates a direct correlation with increased customer satisfaction. Each individual program must be entered separately and must have been active for a minimum of two consecutive months during the period of 1st January 2010 to 1st August 2011.
